This Privacy Policy explains how Nachitech Innovations (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship owned by Nachiket Jain, handles information collected through nachitech.in and in the course of providing our services. We are the data controller for that information and can be reached at contact@nachitech.in.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the content of your message.
• Information you send us directly. Anything you share by email, phone or messaging when enquiring about or using our services.
• Client project data. Where we build or maintain systems for a client, we may process data held in those systems strictly on that client's instructions.

Information we do not collect

We do not run advertising networks, behavioural tracking pixels or third-party profiling on this website. We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we never ask for passwords, OTPs or banking credentials by email or message.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To send project-related correspondence, quotations and invoices.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To maintain the security and reliability of our systems.

We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not add enquirers to bulk mailing or messaging lists.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is shared only where necessary, and only with:

• Service providers who host our website or email and process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers such as our accountant, where required.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by valid legal process under applicable Indian law.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function, or are set by our hosting provider for security purposes. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the requesting IP address as part of serving those files.

Data retention

Contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing conversations, then deleted. Records relating to completed engagements are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and deleted thereafter.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the proprietor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@nachitech.in. We will respond within 30 days. You may withdraw consent for further contact at any time, and we will stop.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Any update will be published on this page with a revised date above, and material changes will be highlighted here.

Data Policy

How we handle data in client projects and messaging services

Client data ownership

Data held inside a system we build or operate for a client belongs to that client. We act only as a processor, we act only on that client's documented instructions, and we do not use client data to build products, train models or generate leads of our own.

Business messaging and consent

Where we build or operate customer messaging on official platform APIs such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, we apply these rules without exception:

• Messages are sent only to recipients who have given prior opt-in consent, and a record of that consent is retained.
• Opt-out requests are honoured immediately and permanently, and are easy for the recipient to make.
• Purchased, scraped or otherwise unverified contact lists are not permitted on any system we operate.
• Message content and volume are kept within the operating platform's published policies, and sending is throttled and monitored for quality.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer recipient contact data to any third party.

Confidentiality

All client information, source code, credentials and business data are treated as confidential. Credentials we are given are stored securely, used only for the agreed work, and revoked or returned when the engagement ends.

Sub-processors and hosting

We use reputable hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver our services. Where a project involves storing personal data, hosting region and retention are agreed with the client in advance and documented as part of the engagement.

Breach notification

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data we hold or process, we will notify the affected client without undue delay, along with what we know about the scope and the steps being taken.

Deletion on request

At the end of an engagement, client data in our possession is returned or securely deleted on request, except where retention is required by law.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of nachitech.in and any services provided by Nachitech Innovations, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Nachiket Jain, with its place of business at 2, Jessore Road, Dum Dum, Kolkata – 700028, West Bengal, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

Services and quotations

Descriptions on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything stated here.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback and any access required to carry out the work.
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights to any content, data or credentials you supply to us.
• Use any system we deliver lawfully, and in line with the policies of the platforms it operates on.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are as set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days, and work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and general know-how, and grant a licence to use them as part of the deliverable. The Nachitech Innovations name, logo and the content of this website remain our property.

Warranties and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Services are performed with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

Third-party platforms

Some solutions we build depend on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability, pricing, policies and approval decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for changes made by those providers. Nachitech Innovations is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform referenced on this site.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
